Today was the first day of cross training as dictated by the 24 week training schedule. I decided to do a cardio workout using my Wii Personal Trainer 'game'.
Since the workout was supposed to be easy, I choose to not use the weights or the step. (In the two workouts I've done with this previously - months ago- I used the step and it kicked my butt!)
My 8 year old daughter woke up 10 minutes into my workout and she joined me. Cute!
The best part, to me, is that mapmywalk.com (yay!) allows you to track all types of exercise... not just walks/runs. My training log now has a nifty picture of a person lifting weights on the spot for today. Too cool : )
